The carriage barn is the last remaining outbuilding of Fair Meade Farm of Warwick, NY. The barn is of mortise and tenon frame construction. Its exterior sheathing is board and baton. The core of the structure was built in the mid-nineteenth whereas a later addition, in the front, which gives the structure a T-Shape, was likely built in the 1880s. The project will be to disassemble the structure and transport it to the State of Maine for re-assembly.
